Afnan Perfumes is dedicated to your satisfaction; we offer a 14-day return window for unopened and unused fragrances in their original luxury packaging. To maintain hygiene standards and product integrity, we cannot accept returns on bottles that have been sprayed or removed from their cellophane seal.
Initiate Request
Contact our dedicated concierge team via email with your order number and clear photographs showing the original sealed packaging of the perfume.
Receive Authorization
Once your request is reviewed, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide the specific shipping address for our quality control center.
Secure Packaging
Carefully pack the fragrance in its original box and use a sturdy outer shipping carton with protective padding to prevent breakage during transit.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Upon receipt, our experts will inspect the seal and batch code; approved returns will be processed for a full refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
